For users who subscribe on Google Play, there is an Unsubscribe option available in the Settings of the app. They can also follow the below steps:
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Double-check that you're in the correct Google Account.
- Tap Menu and then “Subscriptions.”
- Select “Simple Habit.”
- Tap “Cancel Subscription.”
For users who subscribed through our web app, please go to your "Profile" tab or simplehabit.com/settings in a browser and there is an Unsubscribe option available there.
For users who subscribed from Apple App Store, please follow these steps below:
- Go to the Settings app on your iPhone, then scroll down and click the “iTunes & App Store” option.
- Click on your Apple ID (email) at the top of the screen and sign in to the iTunes store.
- Click “Subscriptions”. Here you can see your Simple Habit membership and cancel the subscription.
